PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Our client, a stable family-owned business is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their payroll team. Amazing opportunity for a Payroll Specialist to work directly with a supportive team in a great environment.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable department which processes non-payroll disbursements to individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
- Payroll Specialist performs complex and specialized work related to the preparation, processing, and maintenance of
the payroll. - Computes payroll adjustments and reconciles insurance and benefit accounts.
- Prepares payroll deductions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- 3 + Years experience in payroll (Must be more than just processing)
- A Payroll Specialist with multi-state payroll experience a PLUS.
- Union payroll is preferred but not a must.
- ADP is preferred
