OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- Payroll Specialist assists in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, initial interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Payroll Specialist maintains accurate employee records and prepare HR reports.
- Support HR administration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- A degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in HR, as a Payroll Specialist or similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
