Responsibilities of the ERP Implementation Specialist:
- Identify and resolve system issues using the Workday ERP system.
- Perform data extracts, inquiries, reports, and uploads to support customers, operations, and maintain system integrity.
- Conduct testing for modified and new systems or applications.
- Gather business requirements for new implementations, business processes, operations, and process flows.
- Lead the maintenance and development of ERP Roadmaps.
- Install, manage, and troubleshoot automations.
- Project management duties as required.
Qualifications for the ERP Implementation Specialist:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working with Workday - PLUS
- HCM, Financials, and Adaptive implementation.
- Proven track record of documenting and implementing system changes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid technical background and proficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
