Accounts Receivable Associate

Creative Financial Staffing New York, NY (Onsite) Full-Time
$55,000 - $65,000/Year

  • Community focused non-profit organization based in Long Island City providing services to youth specifically around sports.
  • Hybrid position with equipment provided, Mondays and Fridays remote.
  • Public transportation includes E, N, W trains + a paid parking lot nearby.

Responsibilities:

  • Inputting checks and wires for donations received
  • Accurately record payments against corresponding invoice
  • Cash disbursements
  • Open incoming mail for checks, record on cash log
  • Copy + file checks, including scanning to electronic drive

Experience Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
  • Experience with MIP a plus
