Accounts Receivable Associate
About the Company & Opportunity:
- Community focused non-profit organization based in Long Island City providing services to youth specifically around sports.
- Hybrid position with equipment provided, Mondays and Fridays remote.
- Public transportation includes E, N, W trains + a paid parking lot nearby.

Responsibilities:
- Inputting checks and wires for donations received
- Accurately record payments against corresponding invoice
- Cash disbursements
- Open incoming mail for checks, record on cash log
- Copy + file checks, including scanning to electronic drive
Experience Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field
- Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with MIP a plus
