Overview of the Bookkeeper Role
- Accounts payable support with 3 way matching
- Ability to process approximately 250 invoices a week manually
- Processing bi weekly payroll and payroll taxes
- Credit card reconciliations
- Budget expense processing
Preferred Qualifications for the Bookkeeper
- Multi state payroll is a plus
- Degree in accounting or business and/or prior job experience in accounts payable and payroll
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbally
- Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
