Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including analyzing variances and trends to support business decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and business planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis for management, highlighting key performance indicators and variances from budget/forecast.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, provide financial insights, and support business initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial planning processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the finance team in month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A role.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
