Construction Administrative Assistant
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

OVERVIEW OF THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE:
- Administrative Assistant organizes daily/weekly department activities.
- Prepare high-volume purchase orders.
- Administrative Assistant works on subcontracts and change orders.
- Resolve issues with subcontractors and vendors revolving around invoicing and pay requests.
- Schedule meetings, faxing, and taking messages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Products including (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Administrative Assistant must have the willingness to learn new software.
- A Admin Assistant with construction background is a MUST.
- College degree not required but preferred.
