ABOUT THE COMPANY

  • Our client is a leading non-profit organization.
  • They have a 37.5 hour work week
  • Flexible schedule


RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER

  • The Accounting Manager will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
  • The Accounting Manager will handle month-end close.
  • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
  • Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process.
  • The Accounting Manager will handle journal entries and bank reconciliations for 6 accounts
  • The Accounting Manager is available to address any inquiries or provide guidance for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable specialists
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER:
  • Extensive expertise in bank reconciliations
  • Strong foundation and background in accounting
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
