Sr. Finance Manager
FINANCE MANAGER
Direct Hire
Manufacturing company in northwest Dayton is looking to add a SR
FINANCE MANAGER to their well-established team of accounting professionals.
- Position reports directly to the General Manager of Finance and IT.
- Company is in the midst of great growth, with a stronghold on their industry.
- Be a part of 'big picture' accounting with a collaborative team.
RESPONSIBLITIES OF THE SR
FINANCE MANAGER:
- Break down P&L activity down to Division, Customer, Project and Part levels
- Profitability Analysis
- Financial Analysis to include Budget/Forecast cycles
- Perform Variance Analysis and Reports
- Lead, guide and direct subordinates
- Review balance sheet reconciliations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE SR
FINANCE MANAGER:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years experience in Cost Accounting
- 3+ years management experience
- Manufacturing industry experience
- PLEX software experience is a plus
