Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position will report directly to the FP&A Manager.

Overview of the Senior Financial Analyst:

• Leverages financial systems for data analysis, research, and report generation
• Supports Financial Planning & Analysis, overseeing annual financial plan, periodic forecasts, and variance analysis
• Collaborates as a partner, providing crucial support to designated business units
• Conducts reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity
• Engages in collaborative partnerships with National Accounts, identifying KPIs and providing insights
• Performs comprehensive financial analytics for operating expenses and business plans
• Demonstrates modeling expertise for continuous process improvement
• Collaborates with Managers/Directors for relevant financial reporting
• Establishes procedures for financial data integrity
• Participates in projects to enhance financial reporting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst

• MUST be coming directly from PEO Professional Employer Organization
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Advanced Excel experience, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index Match, and nested formulas.
• NetSuite experience (+)
• PRISM experience (+)
