ERP Project Manager
ERP Project Manager - Systems implementation - 18-24 months expected job length

What will the ERP Project Manager do?
- Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle E-Business ERP implementations while supporting the Director of Enterprise Solutions, project teams, and business leaders
- Manages project plans, risks, and issues to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget, with efficient implementation of approved changes
- Communicates with stakeholders regularly, providing updates and ensuring the project meets customer expectations, then closing out the project by capturing lessons learned
What is required for the ERP Project Manager?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field; advanced degrees and PMP certification preferred
- 5+ years in ERP project management, particularly with Oracle E-Business ERP Cloud, and experience in other ERP systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of managing multiple projects independently and as part of a team
