Main Responsibilities of The Senior Accountant
- Process, track, and submit development draw requests for multiple projects, ensuring vendors are paid promptly
- Conduct monthly financial close, including preparing financial statement packages for multiple development projects
- Ensure the accuracy of financial statements
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Position Requirements Of The Senior Accountant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Commitment to task completion and attention to detail
