Key Duties:

• Manage multiple concurrent complex projects through all phases
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Track and report on project achievements against success criteria
• Communicate project deliverables, status, and vision to all stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of project requirements, objectives, and budgets
• Mentor less experienced project managers
• Serve as backup to Director of Project Management
• Create executive-level project reporting
• Participate in project scoping activities

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years project management experience, including technology and business projects
• 7 years experience in banking/finance, 1+ year in credit unions
• 3+ years experience mentoring, documenting requirements, and process mapping
• Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated success driving projects from start to completion
• Experience managing concurrent multi-business line projects
• Matrix environment experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Knowledge of methodologies like Waterfall and Agile
• Vendor management and testing coordination experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, Project, Visio
