Responsibilities: As a Staff Accountant with our client, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant to contribute to the success of a family-owned company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements to support decision-making processes.
2. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
3. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
5. Month-end Close: Execute month-end closing procedures with precision and attention to detail.
6. Compliance: Assist in the annual 401k and workers compensation audits.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or associates degree in Accounting preferred.
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
