RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:

• Independently develop and implement solutions to complex challenges for Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to influence strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Perform testing and risk analysis for marketing tactics, menu adjustments, and pricing strategies.
• Provide analytical support for pricing actions and financial planning.
• Streamline reporting processes through automation and simplification.
• Teach and coach analytical techniques, model building, and effective business communication.
• Collaborate with key business partners to ensure alignment and maximize value creation.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST:

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
• Project management experience with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Self-starter mindset with the initiative to promote change when needed.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with analytical tools such as R, Alteryx, or robotic process automation.
• Knowledge of statistics, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial systems like HFM, Oracle, MicroStrategy BI, or OneStream.
• Background in testing analysis of business initiatives.
