Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Plant Manager to drive operational performance and financial success
- Oversee the preparation financial statements
- Prepared KPIs and provide insight to senior leadership
- Conduct bi-annual fixed asset inventory and manage the annual standard cost process
- Lead the forecasting process
- Manage CapEx budgets, conduct thorough capital project analyses, and evaluate return on investment to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years in cost accounting
