Main Responsibilities of the Controller
- Oversee Financial Operations: Manage day-to-day fiscal accounting activities for two prominent organizations, ensuring confidentiality and financial stability.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow for both operations and investments.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Efficiently process and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and disbursements.
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Provide supervision, review, and evaluation for finance department staff, and collaborate with various committees and stakeholders.
Qualifications of the Controller Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent
