Overview of the Financial Analyst role:

• Develop forecasts, budgets, and actual monthly financial statements
• Perform account analysis and review trends of expense accounts to improve current forecast and budget modeling
• Provide financial support to plant management regarding financial and operational performance on a weekly basis
• Perform financial modeling and analysis to identify and monitor cost saving initiatives
• Perform internal control audits

Preferred Qualifications for the Financial Analyst:

• Two years of experience as a Financial Analyst or experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is ideal
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with at least one major ERP
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven analytical abilities as a Financial Analyst
