What the Accounting Manager will do…

• The Accounting Manager will ensure accuracy of all GL account balances, develop reconciliations to document key asset and liability accounts, support audit process
• M&A - Create financial models to evaluate historical EBITDA performance of target companies, manage initial diligence process, play key role on integration team
• The Accounting Manager will support CFO in developing KPI's and metrics
• Budgeting/Planning - Work with business units to develop revenue and expense budgets and to review actual results
• The Accounting Manager will assist the CFO with developing budget and comparative financial reporting for each business unit
• Ad-hoc Projects - May include Opening Balance Sheet analysis, Cost Savings projects, Systems Implementations, or any other projects tasked by the Executive Leadership Team

What the company needs in an Accounting Manager:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or similar
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
