Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to optimize financial performance.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
