Accounting Assistant
Accounting Assistant
CFS is working with a third generation family owned manufacturing business They are looking for an entry level Accounting Assistant to join their team.
- The leadership team supports the growth of their employees.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process daily invoices and transactions.
- Receive and post daily vendor shipments.
- Research and solve any invoice discrepancies.
- Follow-up on aging accounts
- Respond to vendor and customer invoice inquires.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Assistant:
- Experience with Excel and NetSuite, or similar software
- Associate degree in accounting or previous related experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
