Overview of the Senior Accountant role:
- Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Handle construction-related accounting tasks.
- Track major fixed assets and entrance fees.
- Manage monthly service fee transactions.
- Keep detailed records of services provided.
