Full Charge Bookkeeper

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain complete financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparation.
• Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
