Accounting Manager

Our client is a dynamic and growing real estate and investment company located in Denver seeking an Accounting Manager to fill a key role on the Accounting Team. Primary Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager

• Provide comprehensive support to the Controller, overseeing all facets of the financial operations.
• Collaborate in generating precise and timely month-end close; GAAP and IFRS financial statements and reports for multiple entities.
• Perform financial analysis to uncover trends, discrepancies, and avenues for enhancement.
• Work harmoniously with various departments on proper financial procedures, intercompany transactions, internal controls, and efficiencies.
• Efficiently manage cash management, capital contributions, AP/AR, invoicing, and cost allocations.
• Provide annual audit and tax support as needed.

Desired Qualifications of the Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• Advanced degree preferred - CPA or MBA
• A minimum 4+ years of experience in corporate accounting
• Experience in private equity, investment management, or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Spanish proficiency a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MRI accounting software ideal
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Company provides a hybrid work schedule with the ability to work on-site weekly.

Salary range $85k-$100k with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits
