Accounting Specialist
Join our client's vibrant team in South Denver as an Accounting Specialist, and immerse yourself in a culture that seeks to support customers. Accounting Specialist Duties:
- accounts payable and accounts receivable, including posting payments, billing, cash receipts, research
- journal entries
- month end close
- assist with financials
- work within EasyAcct (an Intuit product)
- bank and credit card reconciliations
-customer follow up on payments
Accounting Specialist Skills and Experience:
-3 years of AP, and AR experience
- comfortable with learning new software systems
- strong organization and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
-Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is a plus
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and management.
Hours for the Accounting Specialist are Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00 (with some flexibility) in a business-casual environment
Local Accounting Specialist candidates only
Accounting Specialist candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
