Overview of the Consolidations Accounting Manager:

• Monthly consolidations for all entities within the group, accurately and timely, ensuring results correctly reflect the company's financial position.
• Prepare and analyze quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
• Facilitate the external audit process, serving as the primary contact for reporting with external auditors.
• Develop monthly management reports, including comprehensive variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Maintain integrity and controls over the general ledger and other master data used in financial reporting.
• Ensure the preparation of regulatory reporting for securities commissions and stock exchanges is accurate and timely.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management, focusing on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Maintain and review accounting procedures, processes and make improvements when necessary.
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external presentations with financial data.
• Support management in miscellaneous projects and ad-hoc business needs.

Preferred Qualifications of the Consolidations Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Preferably C.P.A
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, including 5 years of consolidations.
• Technical Accounting research
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS
• Strong experience in internal and external financial reporting for a public company.
• Proficient in data management and establishing controls over the GL.
