Job Opportunity: Financial Reporting Manager
Are you an accomplished Financial Reporting Manager eager to make a significant impact in your career? Our client, a global leader in the healthcare industry, is actively seeking a talented professional to join their team as a Financial Reporting Manager.
As the Financial Reporting Manager, you will take a lead role in shaping and elevating financial reporting practices within our client's esteemed organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the success of a global enterprise and further advance your career in financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of 10-Q's and 10-K's.
- Assist in the preparation of IFRS Annual Report
- Review and perform a tie out of the quarterly earnings release and associated externally published documents
- Prepare the monthly/quarterly accounting entries and reconciliations associated with share-based compensation
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Prepare supporting schedules and communicate with external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable.
- Proven track record (5+ years) in financial reporting, demonstrating expertise in global reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
