Sr. Cost Accountant
Salary: $100-120K

Responsibilities of the Sr. Cost Accountant:
- Manage cost accounting function, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze manufacturing processes for cost optimization.
- Prepare cost reports and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and valuation.
- Present financial reports to senior management.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor cost accounting team.
- Identify process automation opportunities.
Qualifications of the Sr. Cost Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Cost accounting experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is required; food manufacturing is a plus.
- Proficiency in ERP and accounting software.
- Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance.
