HR Generalist
Our client is a manufacturing company in the healthcare industry, adding an HR Generalist to their growing team.

Duties of the HR Generalist:

  • Benefits administration for up to 200 employees
  • Direct Open Enrollment process
  • Employee onboarding/terminations
  • Employee issue resolution
  • Manage compliance and reporting
  • Performance management program


Preferred qualifications for the HR Generalist:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years of HR experience
  • ADP WorkforceNow system experience preferred #INMAR2024
  • knowledge of HR laws and regulations in different states
  • professional written and verbal communication
