Oversees the daily operations and management of Processing, and Transaction Coordination staff in the Real Estate Origination department.
Provides leadership, support and guidance to the teams, handling all aspects of management for assigned direct reports including hiring, training, and performance management.

Assesses the financial risk and analyze acceptable credit decisions.
Plans, organizes, directs work flow and makes process improvements to ensure stated objectives are met.
Provides quality customer service to existing members and accounts through problem resolution and providing accurate and timely information.
