AEROTEK IS PARTNERING WITH A LARGE BANK IN KANSAS CITY SEEKING A COMMERCIAL LOAN CLOSER I.
The Commercial Loan Closer I is responsible for the collection and review of documentation required to close and fund commercial loans. The Commercial Loan Closer works with loan officers, title companies, external legal counsel, and other internal departments to efficiently close commercial loans with various degrees of complexity. The loan types include, but are not limited to, commercial and construction. This position will oversee the receipt and tracking of new commercial loan applications, maintain documentation files and follow up to obtain additional information, organize and review all pre-closing loan documentation, prepare in-house legal documentation and prepare HMDA packages for Compliance, as well as ensure compliance with all applicable lending regulations. Other responsibilities of the Commercial Loan Closer I include booking/funding, preparation of various activity and status reports for presentation to loan officers and committees and managing document follow-up resolution tracking.
