TREASURY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The candidate for this position will act as a liaison between customers and bank operations, sales officers and relationship managers to ensure the delivery of quality services to meet customer’s needs. The candidate will be responsible for independently identifying and resolving customer issues regarding bank transmissions and electronic payment channels, communicating with the operations departments to resolve technical problems related to Treasury Management products, completing monthly audits for annual renewals of ACH and RDC exposure limits, and providing assistance to the Treasury Management Sales Officer in the preparation and gathering of documentation, account maintenance and customer support.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or equivalent), a bachelor’s degree in business related field preferred (may be waived in lieu of experience) a minimum of two years of financial services experience, high attention to detail and organization, strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
