Treasury Analyst/Assistant Treasurer

The Treasury Analyst will assist with a variety of activities across Shared Services, including managing daily cash flow, long and short term cash forecasting, banking relationship management, debt compliance reporting and governance. This detail oriented will be able to model liquidity sources & uses, analyzes financial patterns, make projections about future income and expenses, create financial reports, and ultimately present findings and recommendations to senior management. Additional duties for the Treasury Analyst include… • Act as key liaison across multiple business units for cash operations support • Assist in managing the banking infrastructure activities including opening and closing bank accounts, treasury products and services, managing signatory authority lists, and online banking service profile set up and security • Effectively communicate cash initiatives with internal stakeholders • Report on daily cash positioning for all company entities/bank accounts • Perform financial modeling to ensure adequate liquidity • Manage debt compliance and reporting process, plus interest schedules • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures • Analyze bank service charges and recommend cost savings • Provide decision-making support for key treasury initiatives and directives • Recommend, implement and maintain process improvements, write best-in-class policies and procedures, conduct benchmarking studies, demo and evaluate new treasury technology • Ensure change management integrity by vetting and analyzing requested changes to workflow, vendor information, and internal authorization settings • Administer corporatewide credit card programs • Act as an analytical resource for Shared Service Department Qualifications: We are looking for a Treasury Analyst who is someone with… • Min 5 years of Treasury, Finance, Accounting experience • Knowledge of Treasury concepts and banking systems • Experience creating financial dashboards or models and working with large data sets • Strong Microsoft office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Extraordinary attention to detail with strong administrative skills • General understanding of accounting procedures and processes • Ability to create, build, and communicate new processes and procedures • • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related quantitative field required • CTP Preferred For more information on this Treasury Analyst contact Kathy Downs
