The Travel Coordinator will manage and maintain schedules, handle complex travel arrangements to amazing destinations (including site-scouting and advance travel for preparation), and help to maintain facilities and homes around the country. Significant responsibility is entrusted to this individual! Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are a MUST! We are looking for someone who loves planning, loves details and loves using checklists. The Travel Coordinator will serve as a Personal Assistant, managing personal and business scheduling, reservations, organizational matters, and travel. Typical work week averages 50 to 55 hours plus a few hours on the weekend from home. Education requirements: MUST have a 4 year degree and have maintained a 3.5 GPA from a four year accredited university.
