We are looking to interview Data Entry candidates for our clients in West Palm Beach.
Hours of operation: 8AM-5PM, M-F (Temporary Assignment)
Pay Rate: $10 per hour
- Filing and documenting financial paperwork
- Logging into Outlook and responding to emails, including sending out attachments via email
- Accurate recording of data regarding the business and their invoices
- Creating appropriate documents via Microsoft Word/Excel
- Creating Spreadsheets via Excel that correspond to the requested information given by the Office Manager
- Updating internal database and client files
- Verifying paperwork and numbers regarding accurate statements
- Demonstrating Intermediate knowledge of Data Entry/Clerical work
- Must have at least 1 year of Data Entry work experience under your belt.
- Must have at least a High School Degree
- Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Experience with Quick books is a plus.
- Must have a background working as a Data Entry
- Must be professional and show a reliable employment history.
- Must be punctual and on time ALWAYS.
- Must be able to easily adapt and communicate well to others.
- Must be able to demonstrate basic understanding of numbers and figures regarding finances, regardless of being in an Data Entry position.
