Summary

  • Position Title: Tax Customer Success Manager
  • Location: Fishers, IN 46037
  • Expected Duration: contract-to-hire opportunity

Job Requirements

The Tax Customer Success Manager establishes and maintains a strong relationship with all clients under his/her assignment.

Responds to all client inquiries timely and with professionalism.

Is responsible for generating and delivering reporting and forecasts while consistently recommending revenue maximizing best practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate and quality check all client deliverables and deliver to Senior Consultants/Manager for approval

Analyze KPI data for all assigned clients and identify drops in program performance, suggest possible program improvements

Complete all tasks delegated by Seniors and/or Managers in a timely and accurate manner

Keeper of client 'to-do' list including invoice approvals and accrual responses

Partner with assigned Specialists to update location and OU information

Consistently identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities for assigned clients and present ideas to other team members

Responds to client and internal requests within 24 hours

Researches and identifies possible location based and economic incentives for assigned clients

Education:

BS in Accounting or Finance, preferred - CPA/JD/MST/LLM Taxation a plus

Experience:

Public accounting, Account Management and prior experience managing credit and incentive programs would be preferred. No experience required.
