Senior Financial Analyst Corporate Headquarters The FP&A Analyst will collaborate with the business to analyze and develop reporting, forecasts/budgets, and other analytics Supervised by the Sr. Manager FP&A Senior Financial Analyst Principal Duties and Responsibilities Prepare budgets and forecasts in conjunction with Finance, Planning & Inventory partners Prepare weekly KPIs and reporting Identify positive and negative trends and explain variances to budget and forecast Prepare monthly Merchandising presentations for executive review Query existing systems to extract data and develop reports Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required Consolidate and analyze departmental/function plans and forecasts Senior Financial Analyst Requirements 4-6 years of professional financial experience. Previous Retail or Distribution experience preferred, but not required. Undergraduate degree in finance, business, or related field Strong analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret and communicate findings. Advanced Excel skills Ability to influence decision makers and team members to drive results Innate inquisitiveness relative to process workings and financial results Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task Knowledge of financial processes and internal controls Comfortable working independently and in collaborative manner in a cross-functional environment Proficient in MS Office, SAP, Enterprise Planning, and Business Intelligence systems knowledge preferred Tableau experience preferred, not required.
