Requirements

Our client is a growing mid-sized public accounting firm located in the downriver area presently looking to hire a skilled Senior Manager or Partner to assist with their growth. For consideration candidates will need to have 8 or more years of public accounting experience including the following: full cycle audit experience, including developing audit plans, client discovery documents, planning audit engagements including staffing, and budgeting, supervising multiple audit teams, reviewing and preparing client audit write-ups, facilitating client audit meeting summary discussions. The right candidate will be able to juggle multiple external client audits, and manage tight deadlines. Additionally, for consideration candidates will need to have excellent written and verbal communications skills; have strong team building skills; and have an interest in advancing your career. This position requires candidates to have a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting and a CPA license and have a thorough understanding of US GAAP and GASB accounting standards.
