Senior Financial Officer - 100% Remote! Long-Term Assignment!
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client is a large banking organization who would like to hire a Senior Financial Officer in 100% remote role. Candidate must be local (MD, VA or DC). Pay rate is $65 an hour.
- This need arose due to the workload and the team being maxed out. This role will be a part of the Corporate Reporting & Analysis team that is responsible for all financial reporting, financial analysis, internal/external reporting, closings, month-end, quarterly and annual financial statements. They will also help with process improvements and project work. This could be a longer-term project lasting 1-2 years.
- CPA is required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA, with minimum eight (8) years' experience; background in financial service industry and familiarity with banking and capital market transactions and/or Big Four or equivalent public accounting experience; SAP would be a plus.

Overview of the Senior Financial Officer role:
