We are currently working with a local Twin Cities based organization who has been experiencing substantial growth and due to this growth they are looking to add a talented Senior Financial Analyst to their high-performing Finance team. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:


  • Perform multi-functional value-added financial analysis such as product line profitability, new product financial projections and profit improvement studies. Proactively pinpoint problem areas for improvement, offering suggestions and assistance to other functional areas.

  • Prepare and maintain corporate dashboards that highlight key financial and operational metrics.

  • Participate in new product development process and provide all related financial modeling.

  • Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

  • Involved in preparing overall company annual budget process and reporting. Prepare interim reforecasts as needed. Provide support for strategic planning as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in financing planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

  • FP&A experience within the manufacturing/technology industry segment

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Highest standards of accuracy and precision.

  • Strong ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a fast growing, changing business environment. Be able to pinpoint problems and then develop creative solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive work attitude.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
