Our client is looking to hire a highly motivated, career minded, analyst to join their corporate development/investor relations team as a Senior Analyst of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. Our client is a leading, global manufacturer. They are currently looking to hire a skilled Senior Financial Analyst of Investor Relations and Corporate Development. For consideration candidates will need to have 2 or more years? of experience including: expert level Excel and Financial Modeling, be highly proficient with PowerPoint. Have experience doing merger and acquisition modeling, market research and strategy, and be comfortable working with C-level executives, and preparing the financial deck for the analyst call, investors, and their board of directors. This client would love to hire someone who has 2 or more years? experience working for either an investment bank or private equity firm. Our client is requiring candidates have an undergraduate degree in finance, economics or accounting with a high preference for those who have graduated from a Top 20 school.
