We are presently working with a Real Estate Investment and Residential Property Management firm seeking a new Regional Property Manager to join their growing team! The company we are presently working with are headquartered in the Northern Virginia region, with an investment business, 3 lines of business offering third party services, and 16 properties (200+ units) in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. We are presently seeking a Regional Property Manager who has experience handling a portfolio of 5 - 8 multi-unit properties, and regular travel to their portfolio locations. The ideal Regional Property management we seek must have the following qualifications for consideration: - 3-5+ years as a true Regional Property Manager - Managing multi-unit properties in multiple locations and/or multiple states - Handling all escalated resident inquiries, lease lead generation, building maintenance, financial performance, vendor relations, etc. - Ensuring property business plans are successful in achieving various financial performance metrics at each property. - YARDI or MRI is a must; proficient use of MS Office & Excel (pivot tables, VNH look up, etc.) - Bachelor's Degree is preferred (Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or related field) If you are interested in this position please submit a resume in word format to Leila Hermes at Robert Half at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] or call Leila Hermes at Robert Half at 703-437-7723, or contact your recruiting manager if you are already working with Robert Half.

Requirements

- 3-5+ years as a true Regional Property Manager - Managing multi-unit properties in multiple locations and/or multiple states - Oversee Property budgets ensuring alignment with pro forma business plans - Develop and implement property expense controls at all properties - Weekly review of property performance against budgets ensuring issues are uncovered and resolved prior to impact to the property business pla - Assess, analyze and direct property operations including leasing, turns, and renewals - Handling all escalated resident inquiries, lease lead generation, building maintenance, financial performance, vendor relations, etc. - Ensuring property business plans are successful in achieving various financial performance metrics at each property - Ongoing and periodic tracking of important metrics and data for both communication to investors and to provide management for analysis of performance - Implementation of and ensure adherence to systematic controls at Properties - Preparing management/ad hoc reports and analysis - YARDI or MRI is a must; proficient use of MS Office & Excel (pivot tables, VNH look up, etc.) - Bachelor's Degree is preferred (Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, Property Management, or related field) If you are interested in this position please submit a resume in word format to Leila Hermes at Robert Half at [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] or call Leila Hermes at Robert Half at 703-437-7723, or contact your recruiting manager if you are already working with Robert Half.
