The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall administration and efficient daily operation of a number of full service branch offices, including sales, operations, team development, lending, customer service, security, and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives.
*Bachelor's Degree with five years of solid management experience in banking including a minimum of two years managing multiple locations (experience must include managing a staff, coaching, and meeting sales goals). Will consider High School Diploma/GED with nine years of solid management experience in banking including a minimum of two years managing multiple locations.
*Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
*Demonstrated strong leadership skills and dependability.
*Effectively communicate and demonstrate strong time management skills.
*Able to work well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
Principle Activities and Duties:
*Consistently lead by example, maintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all times and exercise superior leadership skills. Must be responsive and consistently available to provide support, guidance, reassurance, recognition and development to all of assigned branches.
*Hold Branch Management of all assigned branches accountable to proactively source business deposit and loan relationships and Group Banking opportunities.
*Hold Branch Management and the team members of all assigned branches accountable for creating a proactive service environment for their customers and achieving all Relationship Building goals.
*Exhibit operational knowledge while upholding the operational integrity of the assigned branches by assisting the team in all areas of branch operations including Compliance.
*Exercise sound decision-making skills as it relates to balancing risk, profitability, and customer service with every decision.
*Review and analyze reports with Branch Management, discuss trends, and implement Branch Action Plans to achieve all Relationship Building goals.
*Act as a liaison between branches and departments to help foster relationships and drive bank initiatives.
*Work with Branch Management to recognize, reward and promote team members within assigned branches who are successful at using a consultative sales approach to grow customer relationships.
*Work with Branch Management to develop a strong community presence and enhance new and existing business opportunities.
