Job Description: CRG is searching for a Receptionist for an accounting and tax services company located in Cornelius. This is a contract opportunity to assist with work during tax season. The Receptionist will be responsible for all of the reception desk duties assisting guests both in person and over the phone as well as handling general administrative duties.

Location: Cornelius

Hours: 8:30am-5pm (overtime will be required)

Opportunity:

Compensation: $16-17/hour ( + time and a half for overtime hours)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the accounting and tax team with all clerical, data entry, and administrative duties
  • Serve as the receptionist answering calls and greeting guests
  • Ensure that clients receive accurate and timely information, providing excellent customer service
  • Manage office inventory, mail, and general correspondence

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of reception/administrative assistant duties, required
  • Previous experience in public accounting experience, preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office, organization, and data entry skills, required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, required
  • Quick Books and Ultra Tax experience, a plus but not required
