My client, a commercial real estate organization is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team. This position will be 100% remote until the organization is ready to return to the office. This organization is a publicly traded, full service real estate company with expertise in leasing, acquisition and development, and property management. As the Property Manager, the qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operation of commercial real estate properties which include, accounts receivables and payables, property maintenance, contract administration and other related tasks. The Property Manager will also be responsible for the following: - Maintain, review and administer lease contracts - Provide exceptional customer service at all times - Ensure that properties align with governmental guidelines and regulations - File required reports and manage appropriate documentation - Prepare operating financial reports on a monthly basis - Prepare monthly property reports with the Senior Property Manager - Develop ongoing projects to improve tenant satisfaction - Perform routine site inspections for maintenance needs, safety hazards, tenant abuse of common areas, landscape needs, curb appeal, signage, etc.

Requirements
