Compensation: $26.87 to $31.11 hourly

Project Coordinator 9 Month contract to start Benefits available after 40 hours completed Support Coupa by doing the following: o Create new supplier records, extending supplier records to ERP databases, updating supplier addresses and sending invitations to the suppliers to join the Coupa Supplier Portal for the Health division. o Monitor the Unsent PO report, updating the supplier profile and sending invitations to suppliers to join the Coupa Supplier Portal. o Follow up with suppliers on SIM requests. o Follow up with suppliers that have not accepted the invitation to the Coupa Supplier Portal. o Update Coupa training materials. o Provide ongoing support to suppliers on CSP and is a resource for supplier resources around how to receive POs, submit/track invoices • Support Third Party Risk Management by doing the following: o Run the monthly risk classification schedule and validate the vendor services are active. o Send risk classification questionnaires to business owners per the monthly schedule. o Request Certificate of Insurance from suppliers o Request SOC reports and ISO certificates from suppliers o Run the monthly due diligence schedule report. Work with Third Party Risk Manager and Third-Party Risk Analyst to determine which suppliers will receive a due diligence questionnaire. o Set up new vendors, vendor services, vendor contacts in Third Party Risk Mgmt software. o Set up users in Third Party Risk Mgmt software. o Follow up with WK business owners on past due risk classification questionnaires. o Follow up with suppliers on past due Due Diligence Assessments. OTHER DUTIES • Additional duties as directed by management JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: (First list requirements, followed by preferences.) • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Strong degree of skill with project management, time management and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills with ability to define, collect, analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and formulate fact-based summaries. • Ability to track, organize and follow-up multiple work streams. • Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently with moderate supervision. • Ability to build and manage relationships within the organization. • Word, Excel and PowerPoint experience are a must.
