Aerotek is looking for a Part Time Finance Manager for a client in the Baltimore area.
Finance manager maintains records of all financial transactions is responsible for the day to day financial operations of the office. Manager is expected to work in conjunction with the Director and Office Manager to see that the needs of the teachers, parents and students are met.
Accounts Receivable: Receiving and recording all checks, cash and credit card payments. Student billing. Manage tuition payment plans. Prepare bank deposits.
Accounts Payable: Including teacher reimbursements and substitute teacher payments.
Bank account reconciliations. Management of classroom spending. Process bi-weekly payroll using RUN-ADP. Manage benefits: Enrollment and process 403b bi-weekly payments. Manage enrollments and Payments through Aflac.
Develop an annual budget to be presented to the School Board and the Vestry with on-going monthly updates. Produce finance statements for the Treasurer and Board review.
Work with the Director in regards to: Student registration and staffing needs, Staff salaries and bonus, Prepare Teacher and Assistant contracts annually, Prepare PM program agreements, Review and update tuitions annually, and Review updated applications and registration contracts. Oversee building and grounds of the school. Create annual fund donation form. Enroll and pay for courses and workshops for the staff professional development. Order and pay for classroom magazines. Complete any census or special projects that may be sent to the school by the state or federal government. Work with the Director on any teacher requested items to order. Manage Summer Camp Finances. Complete payroll for 28 employees.
