PLM Business Analyst

Description



Significant relevant experience, including supervisory experience, required.
* Work with customers to translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, and manage changes to the specifications to support impacted business functions and systems.
* Support the program team in determining how business requirements can and should be designed and automated, and how they are then integrated with other business and technical processes and tools.
* Conduct process gap identification and analysis for PLM and adjoining processes.
* Maintain Technical Function peer relationships within our customer organizations.
* Identify organizational change and help in management of the same for example: Roles, Training, and changes to procedures etc.,
* Demonstrated detailed working knowledge of PTC's Windchill application suite and experience in the development and deployment of transformational business solutions.
* Experience and working knowledge of actual manufacturing environments, and associated business processes.
* Experience with major CAD and PLM implementations is highly desirable.
* Awareness of logical and physical data modeling, and a good understanding of product data change and management processes.
