This business aspires to continuously improve all aspects of the business and is seeking an Office Manager that will be responsible for all human resources, accounting, and administration for the organization to assist in the needs of the office. Office Manager candidates with prior Human Resources experience as well as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Purchase Orders will be considered. Office Manager candidates should have strong Microsoft Office, time management skills, and both effective written and verbal communication.

Requirements

BS/BA degree preferred 2 + year experience in Accounting/Full Charge Bookkeeping 2+ year experience in full cycle Human Resource duties Experience in QuickBooks is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strongly detail oriented - able to create and support structure. Tech-savvy related to office systems, machines, hardware software. Fast learner of new software! Excellent communication skills ? written and verbal.
