Aerotek is hiring for inbound customer care representatives in Des Moines, IA! These candidates will work directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems and provide quality experience through phone and email.

Duties include:

  • Taking inbound calls regarding customer accounts
  • Determine customer's needs and respond to inquiries
  • Update info in database and process account information
  • Locate and research information using multiple computer program Develops and maintains productive working relationships with team members
  • Data entry and clerical tasks as needed

Work Environment
* Professional office setting
* Hours: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM
* Paid training and opportunities for advancement

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in banking, customer service, or retail
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
